As a rentable photo studio, The Loft is designed with photographers in mind. Enjoy full access to a fully furnished space featuring curated furniture, backdrops, lighting, couches, beds, seating, and an ever-growing selection of props. The layout includes a functioning kitchen, cozy living room, styled bedroom, bathroom, and a private back balcony—perfect for natural light and creative angles.

We also offer seasonally themed styled sets, ideal for photographers hosting mini sessions without the time, cost, or stress of setup. Just show up and shoot—we handle the rest.

As an intimate event venue, The Loft transforms into a charming space perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, and small gatherings of 40 guests or fewer. Your rental includes use of the kitchen, bathroom, open studio space, and back room. Thoughtfully arranged event tables and streamlined black chairs are provided to comfortably accommodate your group.
