Where is The Loft located?

We are on the second floor at 9 N Wisconsin Street, Elkhorn, WI.

Is there an elevator?

No. The Loft is a stair-only second-floor space.

Please consider this when bringing guests, children, equipment, décor, or food.

What is the parking situation?

– The angled parking directly in front of The Loft has a 2-hour limit.

– The angled parking across the street has no time limit and is the best option for longer rentals.

Do you allow pets?

No. Pets are not permitted for studio or event rentals.

Are bookings refundable?

No. All bookings are non-refundable for any reason.

How do you monitor time?

Our doorway is on camera to help regulate early arrivals and late departures.

Any early entry or late exit is automatically billed as an additional hour of rental time.

What payment methods do you accept?

All bookings are completed online and accept credit/debit cards only.

No cash, checks, or invoicing.

Photo Studio FAQ

Is the studio private for photo shoots?

Yes. All photo rentals are 100% private.

Can I move props or furniture?

Yes — move whatever you need.

Everything must be returned to its original location before leaving.

What décor or props are available?

Any props, furniture, or décor out in the studio during your rental are available for use.

Are photo props available during event rentals?

No. All photo props, sets, and styled décor are removed for events and are not part of event rentals.

Can I bring my own props?

Absolutely. Just remember that the studio is upstairs.

Can I access the space early?

No. Please wait until your exact start time.

Early entry = charged as an extra hour.

Event Rental FAQ

How many people can the space hold?

Micro events can host 30–40 guests total, including everyone (vendors, children, etc.).

Are tables and chairs included?

Yes. Folding tables and chairs are set up before your event.

Table coverings/linens are not provided.

Do I have access to the kitchen?

Yes. You have full access to the kitchen.

Does food have to stay in the kitchen?

No. Food and drinks can be enjoyed in the event area.

We simply ask that you clean spills promptly and keep food away from delicate furniture or rugs.

Can I rearrange tables/furniture?

Yes. Just return everything to the original setup before you leave.

What decorations are allowed?

You may bring décor that does NOT include:

– Confetti

– Glitter

– Loose florals/petals

– Smoke bombs/fog

– Open flames

– Anything messy or hard to clean

Are photo sets available during events?

No. The event layout is kept clear, and photo props are not available.

Can I serve alcohol?

Depending on your event type — reach out to confirm what is allowed.

Billing + Policies FAQ

Do you charge extra fees?

Only if needed. Examples include:

– Early arrival or late departure (charged as one full extra hour)

– Cleaning fees for spills or heavy mess

– Furniture not being returned to original placement

– Damage or breakage billed at full repair/replacement cost
