Cancellation Policy

  • You can change or cancel your studio reservation with no additional charge at any time 24 hours before your reservation is set to begin by contacting hello@theloftwi.com or calling us at 262.379.1195.
  • Upon cancellation, you will receive a credit for the dollar amount spent that can be applied towards a future rental with us. Your credit will expire 12 months from the date of the original reservation.
  • Cancellations and rescheduling requests received within 24 hours of the start time of your reservation will not be given credit. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

Food & Drink

  • You’re more than welcome to bring any food or drink into the space.
  • Please keep all food away from props + furniture. For photo sessions, please keep food + drink in the kitchen area.
  • Please clean up and dispose of all trash in the bins provided.

How to Get In

  • You will receive a code to enter the studio at the start of your session.
  • We are located at 7 N Wisconsin Street in Elkhorn, WI. We are above Spark Play Studio. Our building has a black + white striped awning and we are located next to Moy's Chinese Restaurant on the Square.
  • There are a set of steps in the front of the building for you and your clients or guests to use.
  • Additional Note: The angled parking in the front of the building is limited to 2-hours. Sometimes it is monitored and sometimes it is not. Please pay attention and rotate vehicles as needed to avoid getting ticketed.

Lighting

  • Our studio boasts beautiful natural lighting with large windows and even a skylight.
  • If you're booked later in the day, please be mindful of the sunset on the day of your reservation and plan accordingly.
  • We provide additional studio lighting equipment that is available for use for any session.

Parking

  • There is angled parking in the front of our building. These spaces are available for 2-hours without having to move your vehicle.

Payment

  • To cut down on transaction fees, we ask for all reservations to be paid in full. We do not offer any payment plans.
  • Once you are fully booked (contract signed), you will receive a confirmation email with all your details.

Pets

  • We love pets, but currently, we are not allowing them in our studio at this time.

When to Come and Leave

  • Please ensure that you include all setup and clean-up time within the amount of time booked.
