Our venue features ample natural light, high ceilings, and a variety of textured backgrounds, providing the perfect canvas for portrait sessions, commercial shoots, and artistic photography. With our easily customizable space, photographers can create unique setups to capture stunning images, making The Loft a preferred location for those looking to bring their creative vision to life.

Community Space

At The Loft, we believe in the power of community. Our space is designed to be a hub for local organizations, clubs, and groups to gather, collaborate, and grow. Whether you need a venue for meetings, workshops, social events, or community outreach programs, The Loft provides a warm and inviting atmosphere that fosters connection and collaboration. With flexible seating arrangements, state-of-the-art facilities, and a dedicated team to support your needs, we strive to be the go-to place for fostering community spirit and engagement. Please note that our Professional Photography Equipment, props, and staging furniture will not be available during community rentals. We will have accommodations of 6' wood tables with metal, farmhouse chairs.

About the Owners

Erin Heiser, the owner of Artistique Photography, is also an art teacher in the local school district. Born and raised in Elkhorn, Erin has deep roots in the community and continues to live there while raising her four boys. Her passion for art and education drives her work, both in her photography and as a teacher, where she encourages creativity and self-expression.

Sarah Sobocinski, the owner of Spark Play Studio, stays busy balancing her five children with helping her husband run their second business, S7 Design and Fabrication. Sarah’s dedication to her family and her community shines through in everything she does. Spark Play Studio reflects her passion for providing a nurturing, creative environment for children and families.

Together, Erin and Sarah are committed to giving back to their community. They aim to create a supportive, affordable space for creatives, families, and individuals to express themselves freely. Their focus on uplifting the community while keeping costs accessible ensures that everyone has the opportunity to grow, collaborate, and explore their creative potential.
